Functional Medicine starts with an initial $500 evaluation and the program is $5,000 for 6 months. Functional Medicine allows patients to work closely with Dr Scott to find out what the root causes are for the symptoms they are presenting. Functional medicine is a personalized and integrative approach to healthcare which involves understanding the prevention, management and root causes of complex chronic disease. All primary care services are also covered under this plan.
Our Primary Care membership is $149 a month with no additional fees or copays and is a great transition after our functional medicine program. This is a monthly membership and allows our patients access to Dr Scott with same day or next day acute visits as well as same day phone calls for any health concerns our patients have.
