Your first appointment is a 60-minute video call with Dr. Scott — comprehensive health history, lifestyle review, and a functional medicine intake. One-time fee of $500.
We send you everything you need digitally — health questionnaires, consent forms, and instructions for any local lab work Dr. Scott wants completed before your visit.
Your video visit covers everything in depth. You leave with a personalized care plan, lab orders sent to a location near you, and prescriptions sent to your local pharmacy.
Follow-up appointments, lab reviews, prescription management, and direct access to Dr. Scott by phone or text — all handled remotely, on your schedule.

Do I need to travel to Las Vegas?No — everything is handled remotely. Your evaluation, follow-ups, lab orders, and prescriptions are all managed virtually. You never need to visit Nevada.

How does lab work happen remotely?Dr. Scott sends lab orders to Quest, LabCorp, or a specialty lab near you. You complete them locally, and results come back to Dr. Scott for review.

Can you prescribe medications to my state?Yes — prescriptions are sent electronically to your preferred local pharmacy in any state where Dr. Scott is licensed.

Is telehealth as effective as in-person?For functional medicine and primary care management, video and phone visits cover the vast majority of what in-person visits do — often with more convenience and better access.
