This is our favorite ‘healthy’ banana bread. A couple of things that make it a healthier version of a treat is 1) it’s sugar free, we use honey or maple syrup 2) there is no flour, it’s #glutenfree we use pulverized oats & corn meal 3) the corn meal that we use is #nongmo
Dr. Scott's Gluten Free Banana Bread:
1 cup of pulverized oats 
1 cup of cornmeal 
2/3 of a cup maple syrup
1 egg 
1 teaspoon of baking soda 
1 teaspoon baking powder 
2 tlbs corn starch
2/3 cup nondairy milk  
a dash of salt 
3 bananas
Bake 50 min at 350
